FACTORS Case Management
FACTORS is a robust case management tool, within the ParTech Connection suite, designed to support the diverse needs of field staff, agency managers and program funders. FACTORS is widely implemented in a variety of human services settings, including multi-departmental enterprise case management initiatives that include health, housing, employment, public assistance and related services. Designed by social workers and software developers, FACTORS is designed to be scaleable and expandable, built to support the varied tracking and reporting requirements of HMIS provider agencies, and organized to be used by workers with a range of computer skills. Case managers, intake staff and service professionals can access the tools necessary to easily coordinate services, as well as develop electronic client records. Coalitions, agencies, and executives can access unduplicated data for program planning and reporting. |
