HelpWorks screens for eligibility, automates referrals, and provides an extensive benefits library. Screenings of programs will also present a list of potential programs in which a client may be eligible to participate. Email referrals will be logged and tracked, and most importantly, a client will not have to go through the same laborious intake process when he or she goes to another agency using HelpWorks.
HelpWorks ensures an efficient, guided interview every time. The power of HelpWorks is readily apparent as eligibility for multiple programs is assessed in a single interview. A rules-based decision tree structure enables the system to incorporate new eligibility rules easily. The program eligibility library is maintained, in New Hampshire, by NH ParTech staff. We will work closely with our clients to ensure that important screening criteria is kept up-to-date if changes are made in eligibility requirements.
