The ParTech Connection consists of multiple application components. HelpWorks and FACTORS, the flagship eligibility screening and case management tools, are applications developed by Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) and are offered under a resale agreement by ParTech to the New Hampshire non-profit health and human services community. ACS is a world leading information technology outsourcing and solution provider headquartered in Dallas, Texas with yearly sales in excess of $4 billion.
Both HelpWorks and FACTORS are secure, web-based and accessible using standard Internet browsers on personal computers. Secure access means that agencies can agree to share records, and that the client determines with whom they wish to share information. The HelpWorks eligibility screening software provides an electronic resource guide, program screenings and provider referral. FACTORS case management software offers an electronic social service record and tools to manage client information, such as documentation of services, and reporting.
Coalitions, agencies, case managers, intake staff and agency executives can access data necessary to easily manage reporting and coordinate services, as well as develop electronic client records.

ParTech Integration Server
In addition to our flagship applications, NH ParTech has independently developed a set of integration tools that allow information already stored within an agency's internal databases to be accessed for use within the ParTech Connection enviroment. This saves time and money eliminating re-intake of usable data (such as client demographic information). Examples of such integration include the transfer of data between the ParTech Connection and a Hospital Records Management solution or a local agency Microsoft Access database used for client intake and recordkeeping. Any standard database (SQL) can be linked with ease and efficiency.
ParTech DataBasic - The Client Database and Reporting Solution
NH ParTech has also developed an agency database product that will be offered to organizations without an automated intake and client recordkeeping application that will provide the ability to improve their internal productivity without major expense or extensive knowledge of technology. Like HelpWorks and FACTORS, ParTech DataBasic will be accessible for use through any web-enabled desktop or laptop computer. If your agency already has access to the internet, you can use this product without additional capital investment. It provides robust but easy to use system administration capabilities enabling the agency to set up users, permissions, report formats, and customized data fields that expand the client information that can be collected. It also provides a simple to use case management capability.
