ParTech DataBasic: The ParTech Connection Client Database
After you have examined these organizational scenarios, please access or download the ParTech DataBasic Functional Overview Presentation using the link on this page. A small, standalone agency Characteristics include a small single site (up to three users) with no previous automation, no need for sharing outside of the site users, no immediate requirement for eligibility screening using HelpWorks, a desire to track encounters with clients, and a single agency administrator (generally the agency director). A standalone agency with multiple sites Characteristics include a single agency administrator with responsibility for users across two or more sites whereby the number of users may exceed 3 and may require site administrators in addition to an agency administrator. The agency does not have any current automated client record keeping system. There is a requirement for data sharing between sites or with external agencies or organizations. Automated single or multi-site agencies with data sharing potential Characteristics include 3 or more users either in a single site or across multiple sites. May currently use a “home-grown” client database and reporting system (generally office productivity tools such as Access or Excel). Have a need for data sharing both inside the agency and potentially with external agencies or service providers with access privileges. Would benefit from a solution requiring no internal programming or technical support while being able to add the sharing features, the ability to track client encounters, and, ultimately, Helpworks eligibility screening or more sophisticated case management tools (FACTORS). May already be a HelpWorks user. Regional networks with extensive automation plans in place and sharing potential Characteristics include an existing or planned network of agencies that provide interrelated services and incorporate some level of current automation (medical records system, productivity tools, eligibility screening, etc.). The organization has adopted a vision of a totally automated, inter-agency health care delivery concept. The implementation of this vision using the ParTech Connection features the use of the already in place ParTech network web enabled infrastructure, the use of ParTech DataBasic as the local agency reporting tools, integration with medical records such as Logician and other systems where client data is kept (Release 2), eligibility screening (HelpWorks), case management (FACTORS), and ParTech’s existing administrative hierarchy that provides the management of permissions and user access to client data across the network. The ParTech Connection is a solution infrastructure that may eliminate the need to create internally and support a similar solution. Summary ParTech DataBasic provides the ability to share client demographic and agency specific data as well as activity information within a trusted agency network through permissions assigned by a system administrator. It is compatible with the ParTech Integration Server (Release 2) capability that eliminates re-keyboarding of common data already available in an existing database, such as a Logician Medical Record System. Client data collected within the ParTech DataBasic application can be uploaded and used within the HelpWorks and FACTORS applications as well. The only physical requirement for use of these tools is access to the internet. NH ParTech has eliminated the need for specialized database or programming knowledge. ParTech DataBasic is simple to use and extremely affordable! Please review the ParTech Connection Price List and place your order using the ParTech DataBasic Online Order Entry Form. |
